Terms of Use

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms set out the conditions for using the content and services provided by the Site (the “Service”). Anyone who uses the Service (a “User”) is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

In addition to these Terms, the notes shown on each page of the Site (data source, capture date, caveats, etc.) form part of these Terms.

Article 2 (Operator)

Article 3 (Fees)

Use of the Service is free of charge. There is no registration, no billing and no paid plan.

Communication charges and any other costs for the devices and network environment needed to use the Service are borne by the User.

Article 4 (Prohibited conduct)

When using the Service, Users must not engage in any of the following.

Bulk access by automated means, scraping, or any other act that places an excessive load on our servers or network.

Unauthorized copying, republication, redistribution or sale of the data, text or charts published here, or providing a derivative service that consists mainly of them.

Republishing our content in altered form, or misrepresenting its source.

Any act that violates laws or public order and morals, or that infringes the rights or interests of the Site or a third party.

Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or any other act that interferes with the operation of the Service.

This does not restrict quotation that clearly credits the site name and the URL of the page concerned, nor use of the embeddable widget we provide.

Article 5 (Intellectual property)

Rights to the text, charts, graphs, ranking structure, the definition of our proprietary score and other works published on the Site belong to the operator or to the rightful rights holders.

The names, logos and trademarks of each AI tool belong to their respective rights holders. The Site has no partnership, investment or endorsement relationship with the companies covered, and is not authorized or certified by them.

Article 6 (Data sources and their scope)

Market share is imported monthly from the statistics published by StatCounter Global Stats (AI Chatbot Market Share) and displayed with its source and capture date. We never author the figures ourselves.

Pricing, features and availability are based on information published by each vendor. There may be a lag before changes are reflected.

The “AI Popularity Score”, the rankings, month-over-month changes and share trends are values calculated by the Site itself from the imported data above. The formula is published on our Data & methodology page.

The future values shown in “AI share forecast” are statistical estimates based on past data and do not guarantee future outcomes.

None of the above is a complete count of all users of each AI tool; all figures are reference values as of the capture date. Figures and rankings change when the measurement method differs.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

We strive to keep the published information accurate, complete and current, but we do not warrant that it is.

Pricing, features and share change over time. Because what we publish reflects the information as of the capture date, always check each vendor's official information before making an actual purchase or adoption decision.

The operator is not liable for damages arising from decisions or actions a User takes based on information in the Service.

The operator is not responsible for the content or safety of external sites linked from the Site.

Article 8 (Advertising)

The Site uses Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service, and is funded by advertising revenue.

The use of cookies for ad delivery and the ways to opt out are described in our Privacy Policy.

The content and order of ads are determined by the advertising vendors. Our rankings and evaluations are not influenced by whether a tool advertises with us.

Article 9 (Changes, suspension and termination)

The operator may change the content of the Service, or suspend or terminate it, without prior notice.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, faults or force majeure. The operator is not liable for damages arising from such unavailability.

Article 10 (Changes to these Terms)

The operator may amend these Terms when it deems it necessary. Amended Terms take effect when they are posted on this page.

Article 11 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms are interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of Japan.

In the event of a dispute concerning the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
