Our purpose

AI Share Lab is a media that clearly shows, with data, the usage, market share, popularity, trends, history, comparisons and pricing of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot, Grok, DeepSeek and more). Rather than “recommendations,” we focus on letting you decide based on data.

How we handle data

Figures are imported from public sources, saved as monthly snapshots, and shown with source and capture date. Our methodology is published on the Data & methodology page.

Editorial policy

We never let an AI invent numbers.Market-share and pricing figures always come from public sources (StatCounter, each vendor's official pricing pages). We do not ask a generative model to estimate them.

Every figure carries its source and date.Each dataset states where it came from, when it was captured, and that it is a reference value, so you can trace the primary source yourself.

Advertising does not change the rankings.This site carries ads, but rankings and scores are determined solely by the data and the published formula. Buying an ad does not move a tool up the list.

How it stays current

Market share is imported automatically every month and the site switches to the latest month. Past months remain as archives, so trends can be verified after the fact. Pricing and features are updated as vendors change their public information.
